3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and lawful information for service delivery
- Have all necessary rights and permissions for any content provided to HAUST
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding online content and marketing
- Respond promptly to requests or approvals necessary for project completion
Failure to meet these obligations may delay or suspend service delivery.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees are defined in signed agreements, proposals, or invoices
- Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice or contract
- Late payments may result in suspension of services, interest charges, or collection actions
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
5. Intellectual Property
- HAUST retains ownership of all proprietary tools, software, methodologies, and frameworks used in service delivery
- Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide
- Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as defined in the agreement
- HAUST reserves the right to showcase work publicly in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during engagement
- Confidential information may not be shared or used for purposes outside the scope of the agreement without prior written consent
7. Limitation of Liability
- HAUST is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use
- Our maximum liability for any claim, in total, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- Clients are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including data privacy, intellectual property, and advertising regulations
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice
- Outstanding payments for services rendered or committed remain payable upon termination
- HAUST may suspend services immediately if the client breaches these Terms
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
